Buy Off-Plan

Buy Off-Plan

Another short-term strategy, buying off-plan and flipping is similar to buying a property and selling, except that the title deeds are never transferred into your name. That’s because you’ll buy a new property off-plan (sight unseen) and sell it between one and two years later once the apartments are completed. You’ll usually get a good deal buying off-plan, especially if it’s an emerging market ie a growth area with low prices to begin with. You won’t have to pay for tradesmen and materials and there’s no property chain to have to consider.

Profits here can be excellent and with very little effort on your part. You won’t even have to buy burglar alarms, locks and smoke alarms since developers today fit these as standard in new apartments. Personally, we are working with partners in up-and-coming Croydon and expect high yields within the next three to four years.
