Property Coffee Morning
The Property Coffee Morning is a special free networking event for professional property Investors, Developers and other Property Professionals.
Our meetings are held on a weekday and we will be meeting 7 times a year. We have chosen the luxurious Grand Ballroom at the Landmark Hotel Marylebone Road in Central London as our venue, to make you feel even more welcome.
Entry is free but is limited to 150 places, so we do require you to pre-register.
We have keynote speakers and some of the best networking in town.

MEET OUR KEYNOTE SPEAKER:
We are excited to announce that Vanish Patel founder of the Property Networking Club (PNC) will be the keynote speaker at the next Property Coffee morning!
Vanish has systemised the process of attracting and raising finance from private investors. In his presentation Vanish will share his system for attracting private investors and how to structure the joint venture taking into account market realities of 2016.
He started his journey towards financial freedom in 2001 when he became a business angel and a full-time property investor. In 2003 he founded the Property Networking Club to give new investors the chance to learn how they can fast track their property success using creative  investment strategies which allow them to purchase property using very little of their own money.
Today he is considered to be one of the Top 10 Property Experts in the UK and he will be sharing his knowledge with us at the upcoming Property Coffee Morning.
This event is an initiative of AUCTION HOUSE LONDON who welcome you to stay and watch their amazing auctioneer Andrew Binstock in action at the AHL auction right after the Property Coffee Morning event at 12pm.
