Midas Property Club is part of Midas Property Group. We have been organising Property events in North London since January 2015, with our monthly event being in the Hilton in Wembley. We are also part of the organisation of the Property Coffee Morning in the Landmark Hotel which is a joint effort with Auction House London and the Bakerstreet Meet.
Since November 2015 we started doing Landlord Forums with Local Authorities and so far we have done various Forums with Harrow Council and Brent Council. We are now organising our first one in conjunction with Barnet Council and hope to be doing more with other Councils too.
But we do a lot more than events. Midas Property Group is a Property Investment company that sources development opportunities with and without planning. Through our events we have been able to build an extensive database with serious Investors and Developers which means that we can sell our opportunities directly to our database.
As we work hard to build up personal relationships with our Investors and Developers we never send out our deals to our whole database. We simply match the available opportunities with the known requirements of our clients. This approach seems to work very well for all parties involved.
