A very popularÂ strategy is purchasing a property with planning permission already in place to convert into multiple units which can then go on to sell at a profit, or retain as buy-to-let apartments. This is a very low risk strategy indeed and far quicker to bear financial fruit than some of the other strategies.Â It's also a lot less hassle than most other option.
